messages.

obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (where applicable)
We process personal data where necessary to:
- Fulfill our contract with you (to provide bookings and related services).
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Protect the vital interests of users and others (safety during trips).
- Perform our legitimate business interests (improving services, preventing fraud), balanced with your

4. Sharing & Disclosure
We may share personal information in the following ways:

to affected users where appropriate.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.
5. Location Data — Important details
Location collection is critical to the core functionality of the app:
- Real-time location: used while a trip is active to route drivers and show trip
progress. This requires your explicit permission.
- Stored locations: we may retain trip origin/destination and other location metadata for
operational, billing, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes.
- You can disable background location access in your device settings, but disabling may limit trip
features.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Examples:
- Password hashing and secure authentication methods.
- Encrypted communications (HTTPS) between app and servers.
- Access controls and logging for internal systems (control center, driver management, trip management)
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a security incident affects your data we
will notify you as required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention examples:
- Account information: retained until you delete your account plus a short retention for backups and legal
obligations.
- Trip logs and receipts: retained for operational, billing and compliance purposes (e.g., 2–7 years
depending on local law).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.

contact us to request deletion.
